Meeting your puppy for the first time is very important.  We will guide you through this important experience.  

Here is an overview of the process:

1. You will make an appointment to pick up your puppy.
2. You will be reminded of the procedure before you are invited into the house.
3. You will walk in and ignore the adult dogs and puppies.  No talk, No touch, No eye contact.
4. At my prompt you will sit near the puppies and continue to ignore them as they get to know you.
5. At my prompt you will be allowed to pet and hold the puppies.
6. You will hold the puppy until it feels comfortable.
7. You will take your puppy to your vehicle and give it a few minutes to smell and acclimate to its new surroundings.
8. You will do the same when you get the puppy home.
